unhappy and disgusted

I think 1 star is even too much for this review. shoe city are completely the worse when it comes to service delivery. I purchase a pair of shoes 3 weeks ago, however i never received the package. I have sent shoe city emails, Facebook messages, nevermind all the calls I made. I still have not received any feedback from these people. the call centre agency just say the will escalate it and will get back via email, to this day no emails.
