unbelievable bad service

<p>I bought a pair of boots from the lambton germiston branch last week saturday for R359. Wednesday I had problems with them. Today Monday the 1st of May I went there and wanted to return the boots and requested a refund. The lady asked me for my card as I paid by debit card. I gave her my card and she rep**** " ahhh its a debit card we cant refund on debit cards. And we have no cash to do a refund now. Come back later. This is unbelievable.how can they only have a cash flow of R150 in the whole shop. So I have to go home and come back at a later time. </p> <p> </p>
