Unacceptable, *********** and Unprofessional Customer Service Experience

I purchased a pair of shoes on Friday, I wore them on Saturday when the sole inside had become detached. This is the third pair of shoes I purchased at Shoe City in Mooi Rivier Mall, Potchefstroom that failed shortly after purchase.

I took the pair back to the store for a refund, but the *********** cashiers can not (rather do not want) provide a refund, they want to force me for an exchange which I do not want hence the substandard quality of their products.
