Treating Customer Unfairly 😱😱

I really do not understand. The shoes I bought in December are now small. Shoe City does not want to exchange or refund even though I have the slip. The customer service is terrible. WHAT AM I SUPPOSED TO DO WITH SMALL SHOES?? 😱🤷🏼♀️😱🤷🏼♀️ SO MY MONEY IS GONE JUST LIKE THAT😱😱😱😱
