Total incompetence !!!!

Called at Shoe City, Tygervalley Mall today to transact a large purchase. Upon payment the Card Machine was UNABLE to process the transaction thru my FBN Budget Facility. Fortunately an FNB Consultant in the Mall provided assistance. Both the store assistant & Manager stated that my card was faulty, whereas their card machine was OUDATED !!!!!!
