Thieving store!! Worst Customer Service!!!

Had the worst experience ever at Shoe City - Springs Mall.

I went to the store on Monday 04 November 2019, to purchase shoes for my Daughter, I paid with my debit card, after waiting for a long while the man that "served" me advised my card had declined, I said I would go do a cash withdrawal and come pay for the shoes, while standing in the que at the ATM, I logged into my banking app to look what the problem could be, the transaction went through my account. I went back to the store and showed him the transaction went through, his supervisor then advised the funds would return to my account 24-48 hours after, I asked if what if it doesn't her reply was then we refund you. The funds didn't return to my account!!! I returned to the store yesterday (Wednesday) advised the "Man" that the funds have not returned, he called a different lady and advised her what happened she then went on to tell me that I now have to bring my bank statement and she will send them to Head Office for them to see if they are going to refund me!
