TERRIBLE SERVICE,VERY DISAPPOINTED!

I’m so disappointed in Shoe City. I purchased a pair of boots and went back to exchange the shoes as I no longer wanted them. They “paid” the money back into to cheque card only to find out the money did not get refunded to my account. It has been two weeks since and STILL I’m waiting for my refund. So DISAPPOINTED!! I will not buy from Shoe City again, they are so quick to take your money but incredibly slow in refunding you. Honestly, what an inconvenience on the customers part. Service has been beyond bad!!!!
