Terrible service at Tambotie Mall

I recently went to refund a pair of shoes, only to be told that they do not have ANY cash in the tills, as no one has bought with cash for the day. They told me I can either take a foucher (if I wanted other shoes I would have exchanged them), or come back later when they have made a cash sale!! This is unacceptable on so many levels. What store does not have cash in the till???
