Terrible Customer Service

I had a really terrible experience with Shoe City, Blue Route today. I went in to post a Paxi parcel so I waited in line to be helped. Once I got to the counter I informed the teller that I wanted to post the two boxs. She asked me what delivery option I wanted the "3-7" day option or the "7-10" day option. I told her that the person who had bought the items that I was now posting had paid R60 for the shipping so the teller charged me R60 and gave me the parcel bag. I tried to fit both boxes into the bag but the bag was too small. The teller then called over the manager and explained the problem. They then proceeded to talk about me like I was not there and when they eventually spoke to me the manager asked if the teller had told me about the shipping bag sizes which I then said no. The manager then proceeded to tell me that I would have to purchase another bag if I wanted to put the boxes in the same parcel bag. I then told her that I was not informed that there were different-sized bags to which she responded "Just take the shoes out of their box and put them in the bag" and flicked her hand at me and walked away.

I will never be using Paxi ever again and I will never be going to Shoe City ever again. It was a very rude and unpleasant experience which I never want to repeat.
