Terrible customer experiance

I went to the clear water mall branch on the 24.08.15 . I looked around the store went to the bag section and looked at SANDALS in the front row of the store. I then walked out of the store. I was walking towards the escalator when the mall security stopped me to say someone was looking for me. Khumo Malema then approached me to say she is from the shoe city store and one of her staff members saw me picking up PUMPS and not putting them down. I then explained to her I was nowhere near the pumps. She then humiliated me in the middle of the mall and insisted on checking my bag for these \****** pumps". I opened my bag and showed her there werent any pumps in my possession. After a few minutes I went back to the store and spoke to KHUMO MALEMA to look for the branch manager but there wasn't one on duty. I requested for the name of the person who saw me picking pumps up but she couldnt give me the name either. I then requested video footage and she said they dont have cameras in the store."""
