Supposed Manager with terrible attitude

Thabile claims to be the manager at the store,while I was awaiting assistance as there were no cashiers in place,she rudely pointed her hand in the direction of one of the cashiers & told me how must she see I want to pay if I don't stand in the Q, unfortunately there was no order in the store n both ends to the Q were surrounded by people,she raised her voice at me telling me I must open my mouth n ask those people to move ... who does she think she is?!I don't think a person with such a stinking attitude is fit to be a manager at all! Get rid of her!
