Slippery Shoes

<p>I bought new shoes from Shoe City on Tuesday. I wore it once yesterday and realised that these shoes are extremely slippery. </p> <p>I could not go home to change shoes so i had to continue with these shoes. I then at a client fell due to the slippery shoes and strained my ankle and hurt my arm while falling on the ground. So i decided to take the shoes back for a refund or just exhange. However the man working at Shoe City Somerset West told be its not his problem that i fell he never experienced this before and i wore the shoes so what must he do about it? He can't sell it. So I asked him one of your costumers fell due to your slippery shoes and he's reply was Yes well i cant help you. </p> <p>I think this is extremly bad costumer service and I would rather lose this money than buying from them again. </p>
