Size exchange

The salesperson refused to take back the shoes I bought at shoe city carnival mall due to size, I then phoned the call center and I was refered to the regional manager by the name of Tshepo who also refused stating their store policy does not allow claiming the back money or refund he told me that the shoes was scratched therefore the is nothing he can do and I left them with no scratches when the store refused to me give a refund.
