I would like to tell you about an awesome employee at your Mall&Reds branch called Sindy. She helped me find shoes at the nearest branches to me, not once but twice. She phoned me as promised. Called boulders and Centurion Mall and made sure I got what I needed. She is truly customer centric. I have almost never seen a store employee go out of their way to assist a client like Sindy did. She should be awarded something for being so exceptional at her job. I will always ask for her when I support your store going forward.
