Shop at Somerset West Mall lock their doors for customers 5 minutes before closing time to cash up.

I have bought a pair of shoes at 17:37, went from there to the garage to fill up diesel, then decided to go back to the shop to exchange the shoes I bought for a more expensive pair of shoes. I arrived at the shop about 17:57 and found the entrance door is locked from the inside and the sales ladies standing at the door. I explained to them what I intended to do after which they consulted with there Supervisor who refused to come to the door. He switched the lights off and then he came to the door and then he did exit with the two sales ladies. I then asked him why he refused to help me and he Informed me that he does this to be in time to catch public transport. I have told him that has nothing to do with me as the customer as it was before closing time. He told me that is how he does business. When I told him that a customer is always right he answered me that I am wrong. I then told him this was bad service and that I intend to report this after which he rep**** that I can do so and told me that his name is Camel Kammies.
