Shoe City William Moffet (PE) has rude staff

I am writing to register a formal complaint about the unacceptable service I received on 3 May 2025 at your Shoe City branch in William Moffet. I visited to exchange two pairs of school shoes—which were still with tags and entirely unworn—for my sons, as they had ordered the wrong sizes. I was assisted by a lady named Sauline.

Unfortunately, one pair of replacement shoelaces offered was visibly dirty. When I pointed this out and asked for a clean pair, Ms. Sauline responded rudely. As I requested help finding a smaller size, her tone became argumentative and unprofessional. I have shopped at many retail stores over the years, and this was by far the worst customer-service experience I have ever encountered.

If Ms. Sauline holds a management position at the branch, her behavior is even more concerning. As a leader, she ought to model emotional intelligence and courtesy for her team. Instead, her conduct fell far below the standard I expect from a major retailer like Shoe City.

I will never shop or recommend Shoe City to anyone of this afternoon encounter, even this complaint is written in polite manner compared to the actual service recieved!
