Shoe City Vangate Mall Messed Up

Good Day, I was at Shoe City Tygervalley yesterday. shop Assistant Kyle helped me. very nice chap. the size in Shoe that I need. nunu size 2 he found for me at Vangate Mall Shoe City. we confirmed everything telephonically. They said they have size 2 like it shows on the System. he gave them my name to keep it for me. today I decided to work half day. I live in Durbanville and drove to Vangate Shoe city. to fetch the Shoes. only when I got here now. they don't have Size 2. they never had. they had a wrong box. I took off time from work. I drove all this way. and I'm stuck with no Shoe. my daughter needs this Shoe for Saturday. this is unacceptable 😤. Management needs to know. i need the Nunu shoe size 2 delivered to Tygervalley Urgently. Shoe City owes me this for wasting my time, and Petrol I drove out. Mrs Lewis
