Shoe City unacceptable Service

Service in Northgate Shoe City by Carol was unacceptable she helped me on Tuesday to buy a pair of shoes which didn't fit me when I tried to wear them wanted to take it back I was told she cannot exchange them as I have walked with them up and down and that means it was worn unacceptable will not be buying from Shoe City again if that is the attitude where is customer service!!!
