Shoe city southgate mall

I went to buy a pair of shoes for my daughter at shoe city in southgate mall. When we swiped at the till , the 1st transaction was declined. We then did another swipe that was successful however both transactions went out of my bank acc so I basically paid double. The manager on duty on Friday the 22nd of November 2024 told me that the money would return into my account and to date it has not. I contacted my bank and they need a decline slip or authorisation to send my money back. Shoe city is now acting as if I did something wrong. They cannot give me a decline slip nor authorisation we need to write an email to their finance department for me to be refunded they have inconveniences me that I had to pay R600 for a pair of pumps which was not in my budget i am very upset with this I hate the service I have received and BTW your shop staff is useless
