Shoe City Sasolburg, bad service

Good day, Shoe City in Sasolburg...thee worst customer service. I bought school shoes for both my children and the shoes (smart step) came loose on the sides. I went to the store to return in and got new pairs. The second time I returned it with the same problem,the lady Rebecca who works there gave me a whole attitude and said next time I cant return the shoes then I have to buy at a nother shop and in the future I have to buy my other shoes at another shop. Rebecca is acting like shoes owning the shop. I got my money back on Friday cause she refuses to exchange the shoes for a third time. I just feel that we as the customer buy according to what we can afford and if the smart step school shoes gives so much problems according to Rebecca why keep this shoes in the shop? We as a family always buy at shoe city, shame on you Rebecca for changing that after so many years as a loyal customer.
