Shoe City Returns

Bought a pair of Marcini formal shoes on 24 September 2018 at Eastrand Mall. 2 weeks after buying the shoes, the entire sole of the left shoe is is coming apart from the shoe. I have been trying to get assistance with my complaint either from the store or customer service. The store says that the damage is due to my negligence and that I should read the returns policy. I will never ever purchase a single thing from Shoe City again, bad quality goods and staff with serious attitudes.
