Shoe city poor customer service

I am not so impressed with a service that I got in shoe City tygervalley, a lady in the name of Angela Solomon's was extremely rude as I was returning a an ankle boot that I bought in April month end is now broken..she rudely told me that it's not a factory fault and she just left me standing,..my question is what must I do with it? Because when I am buying a shoe I am investing, but with shoe city shoes it means I must expect to wear the shoe for a one month and then it's done..the shoe is less than 2 months old I mean it doesn't make sense to me
