SHOE CITY, PEOPLE BEWARE

I was double charged on 15 of May and till date no reversal. I went to the store in Woodmead where I made my purchase and was told to go to my bank and ask for reversal. When I approached my bank I was informed that I need to pay an extra R250 to get my monies back. I then went back to the store and was told by a guy saying he is the regional manager(Lazarus) that there is nothing the store or he can do and I have to pay bank to get monies back. I am quite upset after spending 2 hours of my work day trying to resolve this. ANY ADVISE SOMEONE PLEASE!!!
