Shoe city online

Please guys don't order online from shoe city. I ordered a shoe for myself and a sandals for my son. A size 11 for kids apparently is 7 and a half inches as that's what was written on the shoe. I called in and told them I want an exchange as they sent the wrong size and it was small and they said they have a policy that they don't do exchanges, and for refunds, we must pay for the collection of the shoe of R60 and then they will refund us. Or we are welcome to exchange the shoe ourselves at any shoe city store. How ridiculous is this policy. The reason I bought online is because no store of theirs is nearby to me, but now I must sit with regrets of purchasing from them.
