Shoe City... misses the shoes & the Point!!

Bought shoes but had to exchange for a larger size. Went to two other stores and neither they nor the original had the correct size and/or stock. Shoe City refuses to give a refund (a whole R119.00), but insists that I use my gift voucher! What is the point if they don’t have stock in any of their stores!! Poor service!!!
