Shoe City Galleria mall, amanzimtoti

I bought a pair of shoes from Galleria Shoe City, I wore it once but couldn't keep them on as they were giving me blisters at the back of my feet. I retuned back to the same store, supervisor/manager would not accept the shoes. It was in perfect condition as if it was not used. She refused to assist me in doing a refund or return on the shoes. I didn't want to cause a scene so I left. That lady didn't look like she was willing to help me and also made it seem like I damaged the shoes yet before I brought the shoes back in, I contacted support and was told to send in pictures of which I did and was told to bring it into the store. I left the galleria mall shoe city shop and contacted support again and told them the issue and they rectified it for me and I returned it at Cornubia mall, the staff were very helpful and also couldn't understand why Galleria mall shoe city staff couldn't assist me. Very bad service at Galleria mall shoe city store.
