Shoe City exhange

I'm very dissapointed in the treatment i recieved form yesterday from the supervisor of Shoe City George (Garden Route).Roché Olivier. I brought school socks in this store on Friday (22/07/22) only to find out on Sunday that the socks is not packed right. So i went to the store yesterday (25/07/22) to exchange them before i can even explain what's happening the lady told me straight away haaaaiiibo sisi we don't exhange socks cause it's underwear with an attitude. I said yes mam i do understand but can u please listern what i have to say before you answer then she roled her eyes on me so i went ahead and explain to her the it's 2 pairs but the second pair length is unequal so it's not the same size and i showed her then she said yes but it's not their fouled so i asked her what am i to do in such situation then she continued with an attitude and said she can't take responsibility for that cause it's packed like that from where they recieve it from China. She told the lady who was standing next to her to go fetch me another pair not even looking at me . She then gave me another pair. The attitude, tone and the way she spoke to me was very unprofessional never been teated like that in a store im very disappointed.
