Shoe City Can't afford to grant Clients a Bag for their shopping

I was so shocked and disappointed at the same time. Shoe City Charges R3, 50 for a bag, for an item you have purchased at their store. At first the client before me left with the box of shoes in her hands. I asked the Cashier at Vangate Mall branch don't you have bags? She rep**** we do mam, it is R3, 50....i said wow that is Ridiculous from Shoe City. We paid for our shoes and left with the box into the mall, carrying it in our hands. I think that's so Unprofessional.
