Shoe city

On the 27 November 2020 I visited a shoe city store in mams Mall I bought shoes for the price of 200r but when I got to the till the shoes were 269r when I asked the cashier y the price is not the same as the on the shoe, she just said it's a mistake we are humans so mistakes are bound to happen n continued packing the shoes, the cashier was so rude when I asked to speak to the manager she said the manager is on lEAv n will not be available for the next three weeks.
