Shame on you Shoe City

About 3 weeks ago, we attended the store in Springs Mall. Staff was unattended and unavailable with any assistance. The music was so loud that we had to shout to be heard. After what felt like hours, we eventually received service. However, the sneaker we were looking for was not available in the right size. We asked if the same was available at the other stores, and with much effort, the sale's assistance eventually found us a pair. We asked if the same may be forwarded to the Springs store, and we were told that we must pay a deposit of any sort. We offered to pay the full amount but again was informed that we were not aloud. We paid a large deposit and was the informed us that we can expect a call within 5 to 7 days. Nearly three 3weeks later, and we have yet to receive any sort of feedback. Now we are out of pocket and still no shoes. Did not think a big store like Shoe City would ***** from their customers or treat them this badly. Shame on you, Shoe City. I would think twice before going into your store again.
