I am not happy at all with the customer service I am receiving from your Fourways branch. I was there on Tuesday the 26th of March to buy shoes. I wore them to work yesterday & unfortunately they are very uncomfortable and hurting me too. I went back today hoping to exchange for something more fabric & comfortable and I was told to come back next Wednesday when the manager is back by a lady called Kagiso. This is totally unprofessional as I need shoes, I can’t let R370 go to waste and receive such poor service. Pierre Cardin is a very good brand for me to buy shoes that hurt me. Please kindly assist as I need shoes for work.
