Just been to shoe city at Mall of the South, if you have to rate them on service, oh there is no service. A pair of sneakers is advertised for R199.00 on the box it shows R199.00 when it scans it says R259.00, I ask the teller what's the story here she tells me it's scanning for R259.00 so that's the price, I show her the advert on the internet page and the box where it's marked to R199.00 she stares at me with a blank stare, I ask her to call the Manager only to be told his gone on lunch and will be back in 45 minutes, I say okay I will come back in 45 minutes. When I return to the shop the R199.00 sticker has been removed from the box and R259.00 sticker put in its place, the Manager then proceeds to give me this long story.

Basically what I am saying is from someone that spends at least R600 in your shop every month, you will never see me again as your staff are not very ethical
