Did a Lay-bye in April ,i then lost my lay-bye receipt to my surprise today i walked in the shop for me to clear my lay-bye was told my shoes were collected on the 15th of June of which i never entered their shop on this date i asked the supervisor to check their cameras they told me they do not have CCTV in-store how possible is this?
