Rude staff members @Shoe city Mams mall

I was at shoe city Mams mall and assisted by this RUDE lady . Shoe city staff @ Mams mall are soo rude!! They don't have courtesy and customer service skills, they will even go to an extent of making fun of you with fellow staff members and make you feel uncomfortable until you leave the shop.
