Rude Service

I dropped off a PAXI Parcel at Shoe City Hillfox, which I have done once before. I normally get an SMS shortly after to tell me the parcel has been captured but I did not today, I waited 45minutes and decided to phone to ask if they had captured it and if the network was perhaps down, the lady was extremely rude and unhelpful! No interest whatsoever in even listening to me and ended up just saying that she cannot help me, how must she know the lines are down. I do not ever complain but I felt it unacceptable to speak to another person in this manner, one must always do their job with kindness even if you feel agitated by a few questions.
