Rude manager to a start member.

On Saturday on the 22 of June I went to shoe city Northgate, I was looking for some pair of shoes but unfortunately I couldn't find the sizes and the young lady who was helping me she said thy can request shoes from another stores and she did that and she was so helpful and friendly. Then she said she's going to fetch her phone to call other stores because store phone is not working.

Then boom your manager who doesn't respect and evaluate the staff members."She was like what's going why are you on the phone" but she can see that she's helping the customer. Shoe city next time before you give someone a position make sure it's the right candidate before you loose the customers hence it's not the first time to shout staff in front of customers.
