Refund

I bought takkies on the 15/06/2019 and I returned them on the 19/06/2016, I used my bank card to buy the takkies so I was informed money will be refunded in my acc within 48 hrs. Unfortunately for me that was not done as promised, I returned to the shop 3 days later using my petrol they asked me to brinh my bank statement, went back to the shop for the 3rd time and the store supervisor named Nomfundo sent an email to a certain department n told me to wait 7 to 14 working days. Up until today almost a month later after buying the takkies I haven't received my money back but they probably sold the them to someone else. This is not the kind of service I'm expecting to receive from them. I am so disappointed.
