Putrid Customer Services
Browsing isles at Shoe City SALE section I noticed a pair of Soviet Style shoes :41374 in black Price :379.95 with the price crossed over in red as every item on sale would be. The latter indicating to me that the shoes were included in sale items. However, when the cashier scanned the item, it gave the original price of R379.95 with no indication of a mark-down price. When querying the reason for a full price request as opposed to a mark-down price, the cashier (Nolotando) rep**** in a very condescending and sarcastic manner that I had found the shoes in the \normal priced"section and not sale items"
