Poor Service

Good day, after i two week long wait for sombody to assist me with opening a account someone called me this morning and asked if i stell want the account and i said yes , i asked him for a email adress and he gave me one to write down , I told him sorry I am busy can you mail me the adress witch I confirmed with he over the phone erley this morning!!
