Poor Service and Cheap Quality

I bought a boot at shoe city Zevenwacht on the 28th April 2023. worn the boot for 4 months and the sole was broken. i stopped wearing it with the hope that i will take it for repairs at my own cost. Another book i bought from them online on the 10th May 2023, i could hardly wear that ankle boot but in a space of 2 months the sole was also broken .My collogue saw the boot from me and loved it, she then went to buy it and she had the same problem and took it back with the Refund. I sent an email and was advised to send pictures of the boot which i did. I was then advised to return it to any nearest store and i took it back to Zevenwacht. I was advised to take another item and i refused because i was not interested anymore in their items. I was told that the return policy is 9 days and therefore will be given a Virtual voucher that last for 3 years. When i checked the voucher later that day as i was in a rush, the amount was less than the amount i bought the boot for. I feel like i was ******. Now the issue is that i am stuck with the broken boot. Shoe City is ripping us off, their shoes are so expensive and yet there is no quality. I no longer have the POP for the remaining boot but it was bought on my Account.
