Poor quality footwear

If bough a pair of Pittbull takiies in March this year at the Westgate branch,the one clip for tying the laces broke of and one of the tongue's stitching came loose. I am not happy at all.And will not buy any shoe from Shoe City again.This is not the first time this happens to shoes I bought there.Poor quality shoes.
