Poor Quality

I purchased 6 pairs of shoes from Shoe City 3 weeks ago. One pair are wedges and on the second time wearing them, the back of heel broke away from the shoe. I called the store and was told that because I no longer have the box and slip, there is nothing they can do about it. I personally don't know anyone who keeps the box after buying shoes (unless they have a specific purpose for the box).

I have always supported Shoe City and am super disappointed in the response I received as they weren't a cheap pair of shoes. I'm definitely going to be looking around for an alternative establishment to shop for shoes.
