Poor customer service

Poor service.. I hope this email will find the AM or Regional. Shoe City at Zevenwacht mall Kuilsriver I'm your regular customer I also own a business what experienced and get to see in that store I'm sure your stock loss is sky high. The security EVERY TIME I'm there she's FOREVER on her PHONE (the same lady) if you don't change that lady that store will be a stock loss store

Today I went for my shopping came inn she was busy on her phone she did not even notice I came inn. No assistance I ended up living.If you don't change your security or have a talk with your team this store will go down. It's very bad for Business
