Pit Bull Boots soles tears under 2 months

I recently bought a nice pair off boots from the Three Rivers branch in Vereeniging 2 months back. This morning when I took my boots out to wear them I noticed that the sole started tearing through from the top of the sole tot the bottom of the sole. These shoes have only been worn about 8 times in a time of 2 months. Is this the type off Quality that Shoe City sell now? I have always liked Pitt Bull shoes, but this is totally ridiculous. Shoes should not tear on the sole within such a short time. Who can i contact regarding these shoes to get a replacement pair as the branch does not stock it anymore.
