PEP Paxi and ShoeCity's disgusting customer service

I'm not surprised that I actually had to turn to HelloPeter for this. The PEP PAXI service is appalling to say the least. ShoeCity Mitchells Plain Promenade has made it even worse with shocking staff members who choose to defend themselves before giving details of why my parcel was not sent to me when it was dropped off on the 28th of January, I'm still waiting for a phone call from store manager Kersia who could not care less whether her store's parcels are sent and received on their exact turn around times. I am expecting a refund and accountability for this
