I bought shoes from shoe city and and have been waiting for over ten days, when enquiring I was told that my shoes were delivered to a wrong address but they won't refund me until they collect the shoes from whoever they delivered to, now I'm the one suffering for their incompetence, they have lost a customer in me but they are a big business so they surely don't care about just one unhappy customer
