Pathetic service

My parents visited the Blue Route Mall store on Friday, last week. When they left the store, the alarm was triggered & the store manager advised that they could leave. However, when they reached the restaurant,Stella’s, the same manager & an employee stopped them wanting to search their shopping bags, which was quite embarrassing as this took place in front of all the mall’s shoppers. This is unacceptable as your staff has no customer integrity.
