Pathetic rude service!

Not assisted by anybody in the whole store in any means. <br> <br> Sales people shouting across the shop floor to one another...but still NO service/help. <br> <br> <br> And when I assisted myself looking for the correct sizes and options (pathetic!), this person by the name (name she has given me: Kedibone) who was supposed to be helpful to begin with, started confronting/attacking me when I told her she is freaking rude and her service is beyond pathetic?! <br> <br> <br> I asked for the store manager's name and she reckoned me I can write it my f*cken self as I have insulted her?! <br> <br> <br> She furthermore mentioned that she is tired of people like me telling her how rude she is and how pathetic her service is?! Clearly a regular occurance I would gather by her comment.... <br> <br> <br> <br> Is this what SHOE CITY deem to be service and the manner in which your employees treat YOUR clients?! <br> <br> Clients merely being the only reason for your existence and profit margins.... <br> <br> <br> <br> Your employees at this branch is beyond pathetic! No manners! No courtesy! No comprehension of customers and customer service! No business sense! <br>
