Pathetic courier and customer service.!!!

Don't ever buy online from this store ... customer service and delivery is Pathetic. Placed order on the 29.11.2025 for the value of R677.00 on the 5.12.2025 received an sms that the parcel is out for delivery ... till date did not receive anything. contacted customer service and could not help but they prefer to refund me and still charge me 60.00 fee, yet the incompetency is on there side!!!
