Paper bag for R5 or carry your shoes by hand at Shoe City

Today i got the shock of my life after buying 7 pairs of shoes from Shoe City and i was told i need to buy a paper bag for R4/R5 depending on how big my boxes are. I requested for a plastic and was told they don't have plastics anymore. So it was either i buy the paper bags (which are not strong) or i carry the 7 pairs of shoes by hand. This is utter nonsense. Shoe City pls fix ur mess or you will loose customers. Even if u get plastics that you will sell for 50c, R5 paper bag is ridiculous.
